Who built this programme, why it exists, and what it is honest about.
Naveenn Suri has spent more than twenty-eight years in B2B technology and consulting, including a period as a Partner at EY. That work has consistently involved the same question, asked by companies of very different sizes: why does revenue depend on a few individuals rather than on the business itself. The answer, in most cases, is structural. Companies build careful operating models for how they deliver what they sell, and almost none build one for how they sell it. Revenue is left to talent, relationships, and effort. That works until the talent leaves. SIRTIKA was founded to fix that problem inside companies, through revenue growth architecture work with B2B technology firms. SIRTIKA Learning OS exists because the same gap kept appearing on the other side of the table. Companies could not find early-career people who understood how a revenue engine works. Students could not find anywhere to learn it. This programme is the applied version of the methodology that already runs inside those client engagements, translated for someone at the start of their career rather than for a management team.

The Revenue Operating System is Naveenn Suri’s book on how B2B companies build predictable, scalable revenue engines. It sets out the five functions of a working revenue engine — Target, Engage, Close, Govern, Scale — and argues that revenue is an engineering problem before it is a talent problem. This programme is the applied, practitioner-level version of that methodology. Reading the book is optional; the programme is complete on its own. Where established frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT appear, they are positioned inside the operating model as supporting tools rather than as substitutes for it.
