Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 July 2026 · Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SIRTIKA™ Learning OS platform (the “Platform”) and the Revenue Growth & Industry Readiness Program (the “Programme”), operated by Naveenn Suri, sole proprietor carrying on business under the trade name SIRTIKA, having its principal place of business at B-802, Great Value Sharanam, Sector 107, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN: 09AOCPS5021B1ZB) (“SIRTIKA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for, enrolling in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is primarily intended for persons aged 18 years or above. Where access is offered to a person below 18, enrolment and payment must be completed by their parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the learner's behalf. You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to use a single account for your own use only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials or access with any other person is prohibited. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. The Programme and the Platform

The Programme is delivered online and is self-paced. It provides view-only access to slide-based learning content, downloadable resources where expressly provided, submission of a capstone with assessor feedback, and, on satisfactory completion, a Certificate of Completion. Access is valid for 3 months from enrolment. The Programme is delivered digitally; no physical goods are supplied.

5. Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you complete the required topics and an approved capstone. It is a Certificate of Completion only. It is not a degree, diploma, accreditation, licence, or professional certification, and does not by itself qualify you for any regulated role. We may withhold or revoke a Certificate in cases of academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for the Programme are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) at the point of enrolment. Price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Access is granted on successful payment. All fees are subject to the Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

8. Intellectual property and your licence to use the content

All content on the Platform — including the curriculum, slides, templates, workbooks, assessments, the underlying methodology of The Revenue Operating System, and the SIRTIKA™ name and related marks — is owned by SIRTIKA or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable licence to access and use the content for your own learning during your access period.

You must not, except where a resource is expressly made available for download: download, copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, scrape, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the content; nor remove or alter any watermark; nor circumvent any access control or content-protection measure. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination without refund and further legal action.

9. Acceptable use
10. Your submissions

You retain ownership of the original work in your capstone and other submissions. You grant SIRTIKA a licence to store, review, assess, and provide feedback on your submissions for the purpose of delivering the Programme. You confirm that your submissions are your own work and do not infringe any third party's rights. We may use anonymised or aggregated submissions to improve the Programme and for quality assurance.

11. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services, including the payment gateway. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

12. Availability, maintenance, and discontinuation

We aim to keep the Platform available, but it may be unavailable at times due to planned maintenance or factors within or beyond our control. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of significant planned downtime. Technical support is available at n.suri@sirtika.com. If we discontinue the Programme, we will give you reasonable notice and, where you have paid for access that we can no longer provide, we will either continue your access for the paid period where possible or refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, placement, income, or career results. The content is educational and is not professional, financial, or legal advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Programme is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SIRTIKA harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or misuse of the content. Where termination is for cause, access may be revoked without refund. You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.

17. Changes

We may update the Programme, the Platform, or these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, network failures, acts of government, or natural events.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and mandatory jurisdiction requirements, the courts having jurisdiction over Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any requirement to attempt amicable resolution first.

21. Grievance and contact

For any grievance or query, contact our Grievance Officer: Naveenn Suri, n.suri@sirtika.com, B-802, Great Value Sharanam, Sector 107, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. We will acknowledge a consumer grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

22. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and SIRTIKA regarding the Platform.
