SIRTIKA Learning — Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement governs participation in the SIRTIKA Learning Partner Network. By accepting this Agreement, the Partner agrees to the following terms.

1. Partnership

  • The Partner may introduce suitable students, graduates, freshers or other prospective learners to SIRTIKA Learning.
  • SIRTIKA will manage the programme counselling, enrolment, learning delivery, assessment and learner support.
  • This is a non-exclusive partnership.

2. Partner Commission

  • The current SIRTIKA Learning programme fee is ₹29,999 inclusive of applicable GST.
  • For every successful enrolment attributed to the Partner, the Partner will earn 40% commission on the net programme revenue received by SIRTIKA.
  • The commission will be calculated after adjusting:
    • Applicable GST and other taxes
    • Discounts offered to the student, if any
    • Refunds or other commercial adjustments, if applicable
  • Commission is calculated only on the actual net revenue realised by SIRTIKA.
  • Applicable statutory deductions, including TDS where required, may be deducted from Partner payments.

3. Commission Payment

  • Commission becomes eligible once the applicable student payment has been successfully received and realised by SIRTIKA.
  • Eligible commission will normally be processed within 7 days of receipt and realisation of the student payment.

4. Referral Code & Attribution

  • SIRTIKA will provide the Partner with a unique referral code.
  • The Partner should ask referred students to use this referral code during registration or enrolment.
  • Commission will be payable only where the enrolment is successfully attributed to the Partner through the Partner referral code, or the Partner account / referral records maintained by SIRTIKA.

5. Partner Portal

  • SIRTIKA will provide access to the Partner Portal, where the Partner can view, subject to system availability:
    • Total referrals
    • Successful / paid enrolments
    • Commission earned
    • Commission paid
    • Commission balance
  • The Partner is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • No commission will be payable against an enrolment that is cancelled or fully refunded.
  • Where commission has already been paid and the related student payment is subsequently refunded or adjusted, SIRTIKA may adjust the corresponding commission against future Partner payments.

7. Partner Responsibilities

  • The Partner shall represent SIRTIKA Learning accurately and professionally.
  • The Partner must not make any unauthorised commitment or guarantee relating to:
    • Job or placement
    • Salary
    • Employer selection
    • Designation
    • Career outcome
    • Refund outside SIRTIKA's stated policy
  • SIRTIKA may provide placement support or employer introductions where applicable, but employment or placement is not guaranteed.

8. Independent Relationship

  • The Partner operates as an independent Partner.
  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, franchise, legal agency, joint venture or authority for the Partner to legally bind SIRTIKA.

9. Partner Information

  • The Partner agrees to provide accurate onboarding information, including relevant identity, tax and bank details.
  • The Partner is responsible for updating SIRTIKA if any information provided during onboarding changes.

10. Confidentiality & Data

  • Both SIRTIKA and the Partner shall maintain the confidentiality of student information, commercial information and other non-public information received during the partnership.
  • Such information shall be used only for legitimate purposes connected with this partnership.

11. Termination

  • Either SIRTIKA or the Partner may discontinue the partnership by providing 7 days' written notice.
  • Commission already earned on valid enrolments before the effective date of termination will remain payable in accordance with this Agreement.
  • SIRTIKA may suspend or terminate Partner access immediately in cases of misrepresentation, misuse of student information, fraudulent referrals or material breach of this Agreement.

12. Digital Acceptance

  • By selecting “I Accept” and submitting the Partner Onboarding Form, the Partner confirms that:
    • The information provided is accurate;
    • They have read and understood this Partner Agreement;
    • They agree to the terms stated above; and
    • They consent to enter into this partnership electronically.
  • SIRTIKA will record the Partner Name, acceptance date, time and account details as evidence of digital acceptance.
  • The accepted Agreement will remain available in the Partner Portal under Profile / My Details for future reference.
