It is entirely self-paced. There are no live classes, no scheduled webinars, and no cohort you have to keep up with. You enrol, your student portal opens immediately, and you work through the 34 topics in your own time.
No. The teaching is slide-based. Each of the 34 topics is a structured teaching deck that you read online through the platform, supported by the Programme Workbook.
We have deliberately chosen slides over video because the material is framework-heavy and reference-heavy. You will return to a stage-gate definition or a demand-math formula repeatedly, and a deck is faster to search than a recording.
Each topic opens with the business problem it addresses, sets out the framework, works through an example drawn from Indian B2B, and closes with a task in the Programme Workbook. That task produces a piece of your capstone, so nothing you do is throwaway practice.
No. Six weeks is the designed pace, not a deadline. The structure exists so that you have a sensible route through the material, but you are free to move faster or slower within your access period.
You have 3 months of platform access from the date of enrolment.
No. Slides are view-only and watermarked with your account details. Downloadable resources such as the Programme Workbook and the framework templates are provided separately and are yours to keep.
You can read on a phone, and progress syncs across devices. A laptop or tablet is strongly recommended for the capstone work, because you are building documents rather than reading them.
Yes. Content is streamed to your browser and is not available offline. This is a condition of the content protection that applies to the teaching material.
Around five to seven hours a week at the designed pace, which covers reading the topics and completing the workbook tasks. The capstone needs additional time in the final weeks.
Yes, and most people do. Because the programme is self-paced with no fixed sessions, you can work through it around your existing commitments.
Not for individual enrolments. Students enrolled through a college may be grouped into a batch by their institution for tracking purposes, but the content and the pace remain individual.
About the Programme
It is a six-week, 34-topic programme on how B2B companies build, run, and grow their revenue engines. It covers who to target, how to engage, how deals move and close, how the number is governed, how growth scales, and where AI fits. It closes with a capstone project.
Not in the usual sense. Selling techniques are covered, but as parts of an operating model rather than as standalone tricks. The organising idea is that most revenue problems are structure problems rather than effort problems, so the programme teaches the system first and the technique inside it.
Week 1 Foundation and TARGET, six topics. Week 2 ENGAGE and CLOSE, seven topics. Week 3 GOVERN and SCALE, seven topics. Week 4 Installing the System, four topics. Week 5 AI in the Revenue Operating Model, three topics. Week 6 Career, Venture and Capstone, seven topics.
The full topic list is on the Programme page and in the Curriculum at a Glance download.
Yes, across three dedicated topics in Week 5, covering AI in the revenue workflow, AI in CRM and revenue operations, and human plus AI decision making. The consistent framing is that AI amplifies an operating model rather than replacing one, so each topic separates where AI genuinely helps from where the judgement stays with the person.
Yes, as supporting tools. CRM is covered as the layer that enforces the operating model. Qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC and BANT are positioned inside the stage-gate rather than as substitutes for it, because a framework applied to an undefined process does not improve it.
Yes. Worked examples are set in Indian B2B contexts and all figures are in ₹. The frameworks themselves are not market-specific and transfer to global B2B work.
Parts of it will help, but the programme is built specifically for business-to-business revenue, where deals involve multiple decision-makers, long cycles, and formal procurement. If your target is consumer retail, this is not the right fit.
Yes. The programme is the applied version of the methodology set out in Naveenn Suri's book of the same name.
No. The programme is complete on its own. The book is available separately at sirtika.com for anyone who wants the underlying argument in long form.
Eligibility and Prerequisites
Three groups: final-year students heading into placements for B2B roles, recent graduates competing for early revenue roles, and working professionals who want the operating model behind the activity they already perform.
No. Every framework is built from first principles. Prior exposure to B2B helps you move faster, but nothing in the programme assumes it.
No. Students from engineering, science, and arts backgrounds complete the programme. The material deals with revenue, cost, margin, and unit economics, so you should be willing to work with numbers, but no finance background is assumed.
No. Enrolment is open. You register, pay, and begin.
The platform is intended for people aged 18 or above. Where a learner is under 18, enrolment and payment must be completed by a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts the Terms of Use on the learner's behalf.
All content, templates, and assessor feedback are in Indian Standard English.
The Capstone
The capstone is a complete Revenue Growth Blueprint for a company of your choosing. It is assembled from eight artefacts, each produced by a task inside the 34 topics, and then defended in front of a panel.
Ideal Customer Profile, Buyer Persona Map, Outreach Plan, Value Proposition, Sales Process, Revenue Dashboard, AI Usage Plan, and the Panel Presentation.
You may use a real company or a hypothetical one. A real company usually produces stronger work because the constraints are genuine, but it is not required.
A SIRTIKA assessor reviews it. This is human review, not an automated score. The assessor is looking for internal coherence, which means whether the eight artefacts describe one system rather than eight disconnected exercises.
Written feedback is returned within ten working days of submission.
You receive written feedback stating specifically what must change, and you may revise and resubmit. Approval is what releases the Certificate of Completion, so there is no partial pass.
You may resubmit until your capstone is approved, within your access period.
No. The capstone is the only assessed submission. The tasks throughout the 34 topics are ungraded portfolio work that feeds into it.
The Certificate
A Certificate of Completion, issued by SIRTIKA on approval of your capstone. It carries your name, the programme title, the completion date, and a unique certificate ID.
No, and we are deliberately precise about this. It is a Certificate of Completion only. It is not a degree, diploma, accreditation, licence, or professional certification. It is not affiliated with, recognised by, or accredited under any university or regulatory body, and it does not qualify you for any regulated role.
No. SIRTIKA is a private education provider and the programme carries no statutory recognition. What the certificate evidences is that you completed a structured 34-topic programme and produced an assessed piece of work.
On its own, no, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. SIRTIKA does not offer, arrange, or guarantee placement, employment, or internships. What changes your interview is the capstone artefact you can walk a hiring manager through and the operating vocabulary you can use correctly.
Yes. List it under licences and certifications as a Certificate of Completion issued by SIRTIKA, with your certificate ID.
Yes. SIRTIKA may withhold or revoke a certificate in cases of academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or breach of the Terms of Use.
Fees and Payment
The full programme is ₹14,999 as a one-time payment. There is no recurring charge and no additional fee for the capstone review or the certificate.
Yes. ₹14,999 is inclusive of all applicable taxes. There is nothing further to pay.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and accept UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking. SIRTIKA does not see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
Not at present. The programme is a single payment of ₹14,999.
Not for individual enrolment. Reduced pricing is available to colleges and institutions enrolling a batch.
Yes. A GST invoice is issued to your registered email address after successful payment.
Immediately. Your student portal opens on successful payment and you can begin at Topic 01 the same day.
Refunds
Yes, within 10 calendar days of activating the programme, provided all three of the following are true: you have viewed fewer than four of the 34 topics, you have not submitted your capstone, and no Certificate of Completion has been issued to you.
Because the content is digital and available immediately on payment, refunds are not available outside that window.
Email us from your registered email address with your name, your order or transaction ID, and the reason for the request, within the window above. We will review and confirm the outcome.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 10 business days of approval. How quickly it reaches your account after that depends on your bank. Any deduction that cannot lawfully be reversed is disclosed to you before processing.
Contact us with the transaction details and the amount is reversed in line with the payment gateway process.
Refunds for learners enrolled through a college or partner are governed by the agreement with that institution and are handled through it, not through the individual refund policy.
Support
Email the support address listed on the Contact page with your registered email address and a description of the issue. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
The programme does not include one-to-one mentoring or scheduled doubt-clearing sessions. Substantive feedback comes through the capstone review, which is written and specific. Platform and access issues are handled by support.
We aim to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of significant planned maintenance where practicable. If access is disrupted, contact support and we will resolve it or extend your access accordingly.
For Colleges and Institutions
Yes. SIRTIKA partners with colleges and institutions to run the programme for entire batches. The institution enrols in bulk under a written agreement and SIRTIKA handles onboarding and delivery.
Batch pricing is available for groups of twenty or more students.
SIRTIKA creates every student account and issues login credentials directly. Your placement team coordinates and tracks progress. Nothing more is required from your side.
Yes. Nominated coordinators receive progress and completion reporting for the batch, limited to the information needed for that arrangement and subject to student consent under our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Identical curriculum, identical workbook and templates, identical capstone review, and the same Certificate of Completion.
Not at present. Delivery is through the SIRTIKA platform only. A trainer and faculty delivery track is planned for a later phase.
Use the enquiry form on the For Colleges page or contact us directly. We usually suggest a pilot batch before a full-cohort rollout, so your placement team can see completion behaviour and capstone quality against your own students first.
Privacy, Data, and Content
Account details, enrolment and payment records received from Razorpay, your learning progress and submissions, and technical session data used for security and content protection. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is stored on servers located in India.
Yes. Write to our Grievance Officer at the address in the Privacy Policy. Data from deleted accounts is erased or anonymised within 90 days, except records we are legally required to retain.
No. Accounts are single-user and credential sharing is prohibited under the Terms of Use. Sessions are monitored, and sharing may result in suspension without refund.
The curriculum is SIRTIKA intellectual property. Watermarking and view-only access protect it, which is what allows us to keep the material current and the price where it is.
Yes. You are meant to. Applying the frameworks in your own work is the point of the programme. What you may not do is reproduce, republish, resell, or teach the SIRTIKA content itself.
